When First Choice Community Healthcare revamped our employee training program, we engaged Soda Creek Consulting to help us assess our training needs and develop customized training curriculum that far exceeds the quality and relevance of any “off the shelf” products. After a highly collaborative curriculum design process, the team at Soda Creek invited me to co-facilitate the workshops for the first few sessions so that I could become comfortable implementing the training curriculums by myself. As a trainer, Cheryl engaged our employees very effectively by relating to their real-life experiences and by demonstrating how their own work lives could be improved by adopting some of her behaviors and attitudes. The audience really embraced the concrete steps they could take after practicing them in fun and safe role-play activities. We were left with a highly-effective set of customized training modules that will serve us for years to come.
