Social & Behavior Change Communication Campaign




Healthy Here with funding through CDC’s  REACH (Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Health). The project purpose is to prevent chronic disease by increasing access to healthy and local foods, increasing opportunities for walking, and facilitating community-clinic linkages.


Our Role

  • Design and run comprehensive public health social marketing/communication campaign. This includes branding, messaging, developing audience profiles, identifying audience channels and tactics, identifying media outlets, training and working with partners, field research, developing an evaluation plan, and developing and disseminating media.
  • Manage communication team.

Promotion Tools for Partners

We’re helping our client, Presbyterian Healthcare, promote active living, healthy eating, and access to healthcare through their award with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Part of our role is to give project partners various tools and ideas to promote their own initiatives. One way we to do this is through weekly e-newsletters that provide partners with social media tips, social media “copy and paste” posts, an image bank, and partner highlights.
